What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
On paid plans you can buy extra conversations: +500 for $10, added to the current month. Without a pack (and on Free), new conversations aren't answered by the AI and aren't analysed until the month resets or you upgrade. If Telegram is connected, they're handed to your team automatically so no visitor is left without an answer; otherwise visitors are asked to leave a contact.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time; the change applies from your next billing period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
Do you charge per resolution or per seat?
No. You pay a flat monthly price based on conversations. Team members are included in Pro and Business.
What is "stronger model choice"?
Business plans can switch a bot to a more capable language model for complex products. Other plans use a fast model that handles typical support and sales well.
