Add an AI chatbot to your website
Feedbot is one AI agent for your site or app with three roles:
- Supports. Answers from your knowledge base and calls your API through Actions.
- Sells. Qualifies visitors, recommends a plan and shows buttons to buy, start a trial or book a demo.
- Listens. Turns bugs, complaints and ideas into issues that your coding agent can pull via MCP or the CLI.
Quick start
Section titled “Quick start”-
Create a bot from your site URL or docs.
-
Paste the snippet before
</body>:<script src="https://w.feedbotai.com/v1/feedbot.js" data-bot-id="YOUR_BOT_ID" async></script> -
Open your site and send a test message. The conversation appears in the dashboard inbox.
-
Connect Telegram, Slack, Discord, email or a webhook in Settings → Notifications to get important conversations and hot leads.
What happens after a conversation
Section titled “What happens after a conversation”Every conversation with at least one visitor message is analyzed by AI once it goes quiet for about 15 minutes. The analysis adds a summary, category, priority (1–5), sentiment, lead score (0–100), whether a human is needed, the visitor’s contacts, and any product issues (bug, UX, missing feature, content gap, pricing). From that:
- notifications go to your channels;
- visitors with buying intent and contacts appear in Leads;
- product issues are grouped and counted for your coding agent;
- requests only your team can handle become tickets.
