Plans & limits
Plans are flat monthly prices by conversations. Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price (2 months free). See pricing for details.
To switch plans or between monthly and yearly billing, pick the new plan in Settings → Billing & usage. Your subscription changes right away: on an upgrade the prorated difference is charged immediately, on a downgrade it is settled on your next invoice. Cancel or update your payment method with Manage billing.

The weekly insight report is generated automatically every week for each active bot with conversations. On Starter you see weekly reports in the dashboard; Generate now for a custom period needs Pro or Business.
Each account gets one free workspace. Another workspace you own on the Free plan needs a paid plan before its bots answer.
What counts as a conversation
Section titled “What counts as a conversation”A conversation counts once the visitor sends at least one message. Opening the widget doesn’t count. AI analysis (summary, category, lead score, product issues) is included for every conversation within the limit.
When you reach the limit
Section titled “When you reach the limit”Workspace owners and admins get an alert at 80% and at 100% of the monthly limit.
On paid plans you can buy extra conversations in packs of 500 for $10 instead of hitting a hard stop. A pack applies to the current month (UTC). A pack bought in the last 3 days of a month also counts for the next month, so it isn’t lost a day later.
Without a pack (and on Free), the AI stops answering over the limit and new conversations are not analyzed until the month resets or you upgrade:
- if a Telegram chat is connected, they are handed to your team, see Human handoff;
- otherwise the visitor is asked to leave their contact details.
Chat attachments
Section titled “Chat attachments”On Starter, Pro and Business, visitors can attach files in the chat widget and on the hosted chat page. They can use the paperclip button, paste a screenshot or drag a file into the chat.
- Types: images (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF), PDF, plain text, CSV, Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx). The file’s content must match its extension.
- Per message: up to 3 files. A message can contain files only.
- Size and monthly count: see the limits above. The monthly count covers every file received in the workspace in the calendar month (UTC), including files that were deleted later. When it runs out, visitors are asked to describe the problem in text.
- Where you see them: in the conversation in your inbox and on tickets. During a live handoff files are also sent to your Telegram thread. The REST API and MCP server return them with the transcript.
- The AI doesn’t open attachments. It knows that the visitor sent a file (name, type and size) and can tell them that the team will look at it.
File retention
Section titled “File retention”Files are stored in a private bucket and are only reachable through short-lived links (10 minutes) for the visitor who sent them and for members of your workspace. Each file is deleted automatically after the retention period of the plan the workspace had when the file was sent:
| Plan | Files are kept for |
|---|---|
| Starter | 30 days |
| Pro | 90 days |
| Business | 1 year |
After that the transcript still shows the file name, marked as expired. Changing plans doesn’t change the deletion date of files already received. Files of deleted conversations, bots and workspaces are deleted within a day.
